| World One Call was established in 1997 as a solution to finding available holiday properties worldwide. We are part of the Where on Earth Group of companies, one of the fastest growing internet organisations. |

| After some research we found that more than 80% of the calls people made to enquire about available holiday accommodation ended up being a waste of time. "Sorry we're booked already" was the usual reply. We felt that rather than have the owner put the phone down, it would be more useful to refer them to a service that maintained availability information for hundreds - or thousands - of properties. America One Call is now part of that system. We manage the centralised database for 30+ Agencies and 1000s of private owners. When one of our members receives a call for a week that is already booked, they refer the caller to us. We then find an appropriate property that is available and pass on the contact details of the owner. |

| In order to monitor the standard of our members properties, we ask everyone who stays in an America One Call property to complete a feedback form or "visitors book". It is based on this feedback that World One Call awards accreditations in the form of "globes". |
